Looks like everyone sent in photos for the 1 point self portrait bonus, with the exception of A. Carlisle, keeping the point standings tight.
Nice run by Jay! Zac edges out a third place podium spot by one second… despite a primarily downhill course run by me! Just a reminder to push hard through and through, as every second counts! Great Job to everyone… make sure to stretch and stay active and loose. 7mi TT Challenge to come later this week!

splain yourself. how did you come up with the results? Where did Adam place? The pics are great. I have a few questions/observations..... Did zac and maggie run a relay with Peyton being the baton? Laura looks to happy! Marcus ran his 2 miles in the kitchen? Debbie (aka Mom) was dreaming about running! Who took Jay's picture? Does Adam need a camera? You and Cathy look too good - I wish I was in Colorado, so I could run downhill!
oops, looked at it with my iphone and the video didn't show. My apologies. Great turn out, had lotsa fun. Marcus, next time run faster. Its no fun beating you if you don't try. :)
Adam placed 2nd, which is good for one point. He did not send in a bonus pic… so all the other non-podium finishers this week also have one point. Jay and Zac received 2 and 1 points for 1st and 3rd… and their one bonus pic point. Any more questions, grandpa?? :-)
